Jigoku Shoujo.

I am sooo happy I made this!

Jigoku Shoujo is a new anime, it's not licensed yet so it would be a veryyy looong time CartoonNetwork would show it. :[

This girl is "Hell Girl", she's the leader of the pack. She's so cute, but scary. The first episode made me jump because of the skull lol

The whole anime is about this "Special website" that you can only access at midnight. You type in your problems (like bullying) and write your enemies name and the hell team will sort it out for you (they'll kill your enemy in the most freakiest way--- no blood gore scenes though).
But, if you sign the contract/agree with them killing your enemy, a mark will appear on your chest and you will go straight to hell when you die.

Ahh I'm just upto the 4th episode- there're 26 episodes
AND AND AND there is a hot "emo-ish" guy in there! I love him... It's the guy with the MYSTERIOUS EYE.
